Thank your for your feedback regarding the stacking policy. There appears to still be confusion and concern over the details surrounding this policy. Stacking is where 2 people, family or not, put 1 position on top of the other and both focus building the 2nd position trying to capture commissions twice. 

In the case where 2 family members, friends or others are attempting to legitimately build independent spots, that is NOT considered stacking. 

This really has to be the honor system which the company will monitor closely. In the event 2 people, related or not, are deemed to be stacking the company will take immediate action.

Hi Ripple Makers,

While we appreciate everyone's enthusiasm for wanting to grow their Ripple, we are noticing more and more people trying to find new ways to gain contacts which are violating Rippln policy.

We have requested numerous times that you do not solicit invites on our official Facebook page and yet there are still people doing this. We are really clamping down on this now - if you are found to be doing this you will have your account immediately suspended until further notice.

We have recently been notified of people trying to sell invites through their own webpages or eBay. Anyone we discover doing this will have their account immediately suspended and possibly terminated.

We have put together a separate Compliance FAQ sheet which will be shared on here in the next day or so. This will have more information on what you can do in terms of lead generators, advertising, webpages, etc. Please read this carefully and if you have any queries, please check with us first at compliance@rippln.com before sharing something you're not sure of.

We are trying our best to keep Rippln a level playing field and equal opportunity for everyone. Please help us keep Rippln this way!

Rippln Recruiting Tips

Recruiting is a cornerstone of Rippln - it is how we make our ripples after all. We all want to have huge ripples that span the globe, however, in our effort to do that we need to keep a few points of fair play in mind. Rippln wants everyone to succeed because we grow as you grow, however it needs to be done the right way.

When recruiting, please avoid making unrealistic promises to people. This will only lead people to become disillusioned and potentially leave your ripples.

If you do not know the answer to a question, please feel free to refer anyone to the official Rippln page on Facebook where we have answered most any question that anyone could ask.

Don't cut corners. What we mean here is that you should make a real connection with the people in your ripples. Everyone in a ripple halps make it grow and plays a vital role in each others' success. People that have a relationship aside from being in a ripple together are more likely to work hard for each other.

Rippln is social - don't be afraid to be just that! There is no need to overinflate the potential of Rippln or to feel the need to pressure anyone. Once people see the power and potential of Rippln for them self, they tend to choose to be a part of it. Keep everything above board and shoot straight and your ripples will grow!

Appearance of Rippln "Sponsored" Sites:

We are excited at Rippln to see so many people working hard to make their ripple grow and do their best to make Rippln the success it already is. We are equally pleased to see our Rippln logo spreading far and wide, however we do want to take a moment to make sure that everyone is in proper compliance when they are using the official Rippln logo.

Use of Rippln Logo:

You may use the Rippln logo on sites as long as it clearly identifies that the site is not sponsored or maintained by Rippln. Remember that the other compliance rules that have been discussed are also required.

This is not only a matter of protecting our trademark, it is protecting everyone that is or is looking to be affiliated with Rippln. it can be confusing at times to know what is and is not an official Rippln page or social presence with so many people using the logo. While we understand everyone is doing their best to comply with our regulations, some people may not be for their own nefarious ends.

Therefore, we request that everyone that is using the Rippln logo make sure they clearly denote that they are not sponsored or maintained by Rippln Inc. This is good for you as well because it allows everyone to know that you are playing by the rules and it allows you to keep your account from being jeopardized by flouting the Rippln TOS.

How Much Money Can I Make With Rippln?

There have been a number of questions we have received from current and potential ripplers regarding how much money they can expect to make. 

That is an answer we cannot provide for several reasons, but we will state that what a person makes in any endeavor in life is generally correlated to the effort they put into it. That is a concept everyone should be able to understand.

Although we have done our best to be clear about that, there are some people that are tossing around a wide variety of potential income figures in order to help their recruiting efforts. We do not, and have not, endorsed any income projections numbers and we advise anyone doing so to cease and desist.

The fact is, no one can say what any single individual has for an earning potential with Rippln right now. Everything depends on the effort put forth by each individual. The harder and smarter people work, the higher their potential. 

There is no guarantee that everyone will enjoy the same success, although we do wholeheartedly believe that those who put forth an honest effort will do well!

Rippln Transparency

Using acceptable wording when promoting Rippln is essential. Every Rippler needs to be aware that there is a right and wrong way to spread the Rippln name and grow their ripples. This is true of any program you may come across - there are official governmental regulations that must be strictly adhered to. For anyone that is unsure of what that means, we present this snippet from our FAQ as a reminder and ask that you take a moment to familiarize yourself with it. 

 Acceptable Wording:

Any website, video or piece of content on the Internet must follow all governmental rules and regulations, even if you are not using our name on the front end. There are to be no references to income claims of any kind, or any untrue statements not approved by Rippln corporate. We suggest you follow the message corporate has been teaching to the ripple about how to share our platform with the world: "Rippln is the first ever incentivized sharing technology platform. We allow users to track their ripple effect across the world and in future phases, users have the potential to be rewarded for the value they create." We are very serious about protecting Rippln for all our users and anything outside of this messaging is not congruent with our brand.

 This is important information we ask you to keep handy as you proceed in your efforts to make your ripples grow. This is about keeping everything as transparent and compliant with all regulations as possible for the benefit of everyone involved.

Advertising Rippln

In an effort to grow quickly and create large ripples, we have been asked by many people if it is okay to create webpages and apps that advertise Rippln. To that end, the simple answer is yes so long as they comply with key points we will outline below. 

The goal of Rippln is to see everyone grow and succeed, and to that end, we want to provide you with every opportunity to do so as long as the methods are Rippln approved.

Q: Can I Create a Webpage or Application to advertise Rippln?

A: Yes, you can. Your website or application should clearly identify that you are not an employee of Rippln, but that you are an independent affiliate independent soliciting potential Ripple Makers.

Q: Can I use the Rippln Name and Logo on my advertisements?

A: You may use the Rippln name and logo so long as the advertisement is not misleading and you advertise that you are not endorsed by Rippln, Inc.

Keeping these guidelines in mind, you should have little trouble successfully boosting your recruiting efforts and watching your ripples grow!

Rippln Invite Update

One of the problems that has been pointed out to us by several of our Ripplrs is that there are some people trying to cash in on the Rippln name and system in a manner that is against our policies which we are vehemently opposed to and are taking swift action against. 

That problem is the selling of invitations to Rippln. We want everyone to be fully aware, this is a practice we neither endorse or condone.

From our FAQ:

Q: Can I charge for Invites?

A: Absolutely not. Anyone found charging for an invite will have their account suspended and/or terminated.

We are very serious about enforcing this policy. We want to see everyone get ahead and have a chance to grow amazing ripples, however anyone charging for invites is not only violating our TOS, they are acting in a manner which is contradictory to the spirit or Rippln itself. 

We assure you that we are pursuing anyone found doing this and taking appropriate action. We appreciate your support in keeping Rippln free from scams and those who would take advantage of others.

Using the Rippln Name and Logo

Not everyone is clear regarding what is and is not allowed regarding the use of the Rippln name and logo as well as some other key points related to how people are creating recruiting materials in order to make their ripples grow. It is our goal to provide a balance between doing what we must to protect brand integrity and allowing everyone to have some freedom to help build and grow. Here are three key FAQs related to that;

Q: Can I use the Rippln Name and Logo on my advertisements?

A: You may use the Rippln name and logo so long as the advertisement is not misleading and you advertise that you are not endorsed by Rippln, Inc.

Q: I can see people are using the Rippln name in their domains. Isn't this against compliance?

A: We agree and are in the process of contacting all those we have found that are publishing information that was not to be published or using the company name. Please continue to provide us examples of issues that need to be addressed.

Please trust we are working on them. You can email us at compliance@rippln.com if you feel a website is acting outside of the compliance guidelines.

Q: I wasn't able to view all of the NDA when I signed up. Can I get another copy?

A: We are hoping to have a copy of this available in your back office soon. It is however attached to each welcome email sent to anyone who completes the sign-up process. If you still cannot find it, contact support@rippln.com for a copy.

We hope this helps clarify our stance on these issues and what you and everyone else must do to be compliant and remain in goos standing with Rippln.

Sharing Rippln - What You Need to Know

Social media is one of the main ways people are using to get the word out about Rippln and grow their ripples, but not everyone is paying attention to what is and is not allowed when they do this. We want everyone to do well, however we also need everyone to play by the rules. In order to maintain the integrity of Rippln, we cannot be confused with pages that are potentially providing erroneous information that could confuse ripplers and create problems. Here are a few rules related to social media and Rippln.

Here is a list of guidelines to help you understand what you can and cannot do to discuss Rippln on your social media accounts to start growing your Ripple! Anyone that we find who is not in compliance with these guidelines will be contacted immediately to remove their video or site.

Use of Videos:

You may now use the videos that are posted in your back office to show the details of Rippln. Please note that a great deal of resources have been put into those videos, and that you should give credit to Rippln for their ownership. Do not alter the videos.

Dashboard:

We do still ask that you protect the viewing of your back office and not show that or publish screen shots of it. Please help us protect Rippln and those you invite by preventing the sharing of your dashboard and the names of those you have invited.

Domain Names:

Rippln is not permitted to be used in any domain names, android applications or email addresses. Rippln is a trademark of the company. For everyone, we have to protect this. You may use the names Ripp, Rippl or Ripple.

We remind everyone of the importance of adhering to these regulations for the above cited reasons. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of anyone found violating these rules if necessary. While that is not what we or anyone else wants, we must maintain brand integrity and ensure that our policies are being adhered to.

More Rippln Answers

Invites are the cornerstone of growing your ripples. Rippln wants to see everyone grow because when we all grow together it is good for everyone! While we want to reach the entire world with our ripples, there is a right way and a wrong way to do things. If everyone is playing fairly and working toward growing strong ripples in a transparent manner that complies with our TOS, everyone has a chance to succeed. Here are a few points to remember about invites.

Q: Can I charge for my lead generation system?

A: No. You may develop a free tool to assist with gathering leads, but you cannot charge for use of that. Anyone found charging for items associated with Rippln at this point will have their accounts suspended and/or terminated.

Q: Can I talk to someone about the amount of money that Ripplrs are likely going to make?

A: No. Claims about the amount to be made will not be tolerated. No one has earned any money and claims about what people are likely to make are misleading and not in the spirit of what Rippln is about.

Again, we urge you to commit these rules to memory. The last thing we want to do is exclude anyone from Rippln, however, if it is in the interest of protecting the image of Rippln Inc. and enforcing fairness so that all can succeed equally and no one is taken advantage, that is an option we reserve. Play fair, ripple long and strong and watch everyone grow together!

Rippln Compliance Q&A

Rippln is spreading far and wide quickly, and with that type of buzz, comes many questions about the system, what is and is not allowed and various question regarding the timetable everything will move forward on. To help keep everyone informed, here are a few key points to keep in mind about recruiting using lead generators.

Q: Can I create and use a Lead Generator?

A: You may advertise and you may ask those interested to opt into your advertising efforts. However, data mining is prohibited. You may not collect information for mass email. Please remember there are important SPAM laws you must follow. No enticement.

Q: Can I contact those that opt into my Webpage via email?

A: You may contact those interested in joining your Rippln individually, BUT that email needs to be compliant with email solicitations:

* The Email must state it is an advertisement to join your team;

* Have an the ability to unsubscribe from or opt out of further messages;

* Identify the contact information and address of the person that sent the email;

* Does not contain the Rippln Logo;

* Has a template that has been submitted to compliance@rippln.com for review before used.

If you keep these key points in mind, you should have little trouble making your ripples grow. The key is to remember that everything should be done in a transparent manner so that there is no confusion as to what you are offering or that anything you personally say is endorsed by Rippln Inc. Mind trademark matters, and you'll see your ripples expand and be rippin' it up in no time!

Don't be lazy and spammy - forget about that blast email or message to as many names as you are allowed to hit up at once. Instead, invite small groups of 1-5 people at a time, with customized message to welcome them to your exclusive inner circle.  

Be ready for questions - and know where to find the answers. Keep up with our official Facebook page for the latest and greatest on what's Rippln as well as Google + for hangouts and calls. If you can't tell people what Rippln is and how it is good for them, you can't expect them to join in! Prepare one good reason (that's usually enough) but have a few more on standby. 

Don't expect people to do it all on their own. A big part of Rippln is making everyone a winner, so go the extra mile and do your best to keep your fellow Ripplers happy and informed so they can do the same for their teams. Rippln is all about recruiting new members, but if you are planning on spamming our official Facebook page, STOP. We know you are excited, and we do appreciate everyone doing everything they can to make Rippln an amazing success, but there is a time and place for recruitment and our Facebook Page is for information, not spam.

On our official Facebook page, we get a lot of questions, but they get buried in the recruiting spam! In order to keep communication as streamlined as possible, so we can both convey information to you and get feedback from you all, we need to keep the space from becoming become cluttered with requests to fill invites. This type of behavior means we spend man hours policing instead of  answering questions people may have.
