Brian Underwood of Rippln has some friendly advice about some do's
and dont's regarding our official Rippln Facebook page. In order for
everyone, including us here on the Rippln staff, to get the most they
possibly can from the page, we have some friendly requests and tips
for all our fellow Ripplers. We ask everyone keep these points in mind
when they visit with us on any of our official social network pages.
Please refrain from using the official Rippln pages for sending out
invites. We all want to grow, but the official page is not the place
for that. We also request that you not clog up the comments sections
of posts pointing out people that may be breaking this rule or requesting
we take down comments you disagree with. We assure you, the page is
monitored closely and we have a very capable team that watches everything.
Negative comments are not always bad - they do provide a chance for
us to respond with the right information after all.
We also ask that if you have any problems, please contact support@rippln.com
rather than posting your problems in the comment sections of threads
or trying to message us on social networks with your problem. We do
want to help everyone, but the most efficient way to get help is through
support. Messaging or posting on our social networks just means your
query takes longer to be seen by the correct team as our social media
managers have to copy and forward your information to the proper department.
If everyone can help out by following these few simple guidelines,
we can all keep Rippln and growing!
