Recruiting is a cornerstone of Rippln - it is
how we make our ripples after all. We all want to have huge ripples
that span the globe, however, in our effort to do that we need to keep
a few points of fair play in mind. Rippln wants everyone to succeed
because we grow as you grow, however it needs to be done the right way.
When recruiting, please avoid making unrealistic
promises to people. This will only lead people to become disillusioned
and potentially leave your ripples.

please feel free to refer anyone to the official Rippln page on Facebook
where we have answered most any question that anyone could ask.
Don't cut corners. What we mean here is that
you should make a real connection with the people in your ripples. Everyone
in a ripple halps make it grow and plays a vital role in each others'
success. People that have a relationship aside from being in a ripple
together are more likely to work hard for each other.
Rippln is social - don't be afraid to be just
that! There is no need to overinflate the potential of Rippln or to
feel the need to pressure anyone. Once people see the power and potential
of Rippln for them self, they tend to choose to be a part of it. Keep
everything above board and shoot straight and your ripples will grow!
